Impact (2025):
- Reaching 801 families and 1,043 children across 14 towns through PJ Library in 2025
- Sending 20 local children to Jewish summer camp through our partnership with the Schoke Jewish Family Services Joan and Ben Zinbarg Camp Scholarship Program
- Touching more than 8,600 students over the past 47 years at Merkaz, strengthening their connection to Jewish life, values and community
- Hosting 18+ nationally and internationally renowned authors over the past three years, exploring Jewish and Israeli topics

Impact (2025):
- Allocating more than $300K annually through our Allocations & Grants process to 38 social service agencies and humanitarian projects locally, in Israel, Ukraine, and Russia
- Providing 1,500 totes of monthly hygiene products each year for neighbors in need
- Supporting literacy through 14 volunteers working weekly with 24 second-graders on the cusp of reading proficiency
- Training 10 second-generation Holocaust survivors to share their family histories and hosting 15 community programs for remembrance and education
Ensuring Our Safety and Security So Jewish Life Can Thrive

We proactively safeguard our community through our partnership with Secure Community Network (SCN) by providing the resources, training, and advocacy needed to respond to growing security challenges and respond to antisemitism.

Partnership with SCN which funds our local Community Security Director • Security Assessments • Monitoring for Security Threats • Security Trainings • Security Grant Support • Advocacy through JFACT & JFNA
Impact (2025):
- Hosting 29 security training sessions reaching 936 participants
- Providing 32 Nonprofit Security Grant consultations
- Investigating 43 suspicious incidents in our community
- Supporting security planning for 73 community events

Israeli Emissary Program • Partnership2Gether with Afula-Gilboa • Israel In Real Life • Missions to Israel • Celebrating Israeli Holidays & Honoring Key Commemorations
Impact (2025):
- Allocating $170K to 15 social-service and educational organizations in Israel
- Hosting 500+ attendees at a community-wide Celebrate Israel Festival, featuring a shuk supporting Israeli artisans and small businesses impacted by the October 7th attacks
- Supporting and hosting an Israeli Emissary who partners with 10 religious schools and 2 universities, engaging 400+ youth and leading 100 cultural and educational sessions
- Engaging adults through Israel programming, including a film series and speaker events

Impact (2023-2025):
- Providing $500,000+ to the Swords of Iron Israel Emergency Fund since October 7, 2023
- Allocating $40,000 in emergency funding to the Emunah Afula Children’s Center to build a safe room
- Contributing $14,500 to create an Emergency Command Center in Afula-Gilboa near the border with Jenin — protecting our partnership region from terror threats

Guided by the principles of Tikkun Olam, we offer meaningful programs that enrich Jewish identity and we fund dozens of agencies that work to respond to ongoing challenges and emerging issues. We inspire our youth, feed the hungry, strengthen Israel, and lead a united front against antisemitism. We strive to ensure the continuity and vitality of our Jewish heritage, values, and traditions for generations to come.
